Avid Software Download

The software written by me is all available for download and is released under the MIT license.

Each module can be downloaded and used in isolation. Each also comes with its own documentation, demo CCF and source.

These comprise five NetRemote drivers (plug-ins) which extend the functionality of NetRemote. Three of these five also come with matching server components which run on the HTPC.

The drivers are:

• AvidUtils - a set of general-purpose additions to NetRemote, adding more powerful text handling, drop-down menus, timer capability, etc.
• Zoom - to allow direct control of (and feedback from) the Zoom Player from within NetRemote.
• PlayPick - to allow media files (such as TV recordings) to be selected from a list and played with a choice of player programs.
• EPG - to present an Electronic Program Guide for DigiTV on the Pocket PC and allow recordings to be scheduled and managed.
• WMP9 - (no longer under development, but works) to allow direct control of (and feedback from) the Windows Media Player from within NetRemote.

The AvidUtils and Zoom plug-ins also come as standard with NetRemote Pro, although from time to time more recent versions might be available here.
